I have been described as: honest, courageous, cheerful, positive, funny, wise, discreet, and well, squishy. Yes, I am a little teapot, short and stout. Always have been. Always will be. An acquaintance once called me a 'walking ball of happiness,' and I strive to live up to that description every day.

Kindness if free, and I spread that stuff around as much as I can.

My life has been full of some pretty cool - and I do mean that literally - opportunities. I've taken full advantage of some, and I have run, not walked, away from others. I have a RARE DISEASE, Adiposis Dolarosa, known commonly as Dercum's Disease. because of it, I have mobility issues. If I am walking with someone I use a cane. If alone, I must use a walker. I also have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and osteoarthritis, and blah, blah, blah.

While I do miss my days of total badassery, I most definitely do not let these stupid diseases keep me down.
I have a lot of love to give to that wonderfully kindred somebody who has been looking for me. These feet of mine have traveled far and wide. These hands of mine know how to soothe and heal tired and aching muscles. These shoulders of mine can bear the weight of the world.

This heart of mine is wide open and always full.
My words and actions are prayers, so I make mine good ones. My purpose in this lifetime is to lift people up and to live in Joy and Gratitude.

I'm a fiber fanatic. My hobbies include spinning yarn, dyeing yarn, tie-dyeing and shibori indigo dyeing yarn and fabric, crocheting adult and childrens' hats and preemie baby hats for donation to shelters and hospitals, sewing crafts and clothing, and weaving rag rugs on my huge loom. I joke that I don't weave in my house. Rather, I sleep in my studio! I like camping and fishing, foreign and domestic travel, old movies, and making gifts for others.

I appreciate honest, honorable, and patient men. My kindred match will never smoke. He will be gentle, funny, quippy, creative, and open to differing points of view and experiences. Deep and sincere discussions, not arguments, are the best way to communicate. Unnecessary drama is neither required nor desired. Love me some romance! Kissing for hours, watching the sun, the moon, and the stars, and snuggling are some of my favorite things to do. I hope you do, too.
