I was raised Lutheran, and at one time considering seminary to become a Catholic deacon. But I've been around the spiritual block a few times. Now, I've chosen to embrace my inner Viking ( without all of the racist baggage attached to the faith by misguided morons). Looking forward to the rituals, the magic, and the spiritual journey. I've been through a wringer over the past few years, and so, I'm currently in the middle of a disability case. I hope that doesn't scare any of you off. I try to be a good man, and my masculinity is not threatened by a strong woman (physically, spiritually, OR financially). I have no problem being a house husband if you don't; I know my way around a kitchen. I have an amazing son, born in 2009. Yeah. Got a late start. He lives with me half time. Don't worry--my son's mom & I get along, so no baggage there. I'm not perfect, but I'm honest, caring, creative, funny, and paper-trained; yes, I do use toilet paper, now. ;-) I try my best every day, and I come pre-domesticated. I'm starting a magical journey and would love to learn both with and from you. I'm carrying a little too much weight in my belly right now, but I'm trying to get rid of it. It's a little difficult, though, due to my arthritis and the mobility issues it causes me. I share that with you for the sake of honesty. I'm a trained actor with a BA in Theater, but I don't use it much right now. I love sci-fi/fantasy--both cinematically and literarily. I'm an avid gamer--cards, RPGs, boardgame, etc. But pen-and-paper. Old school--not very good with controllers I'm afraid. My hands tend to star hurting pretty quick. I'm a Ravenclaw, still waiting for my wand permit. I've been married twice--this last one for 10-ish years. Been divorced 2 years, give or take. And I love music; probably have the most eclectic music library you've ever seen--OR heard. I sure hope none of this scares you off, but I'm too old for "game-playing" or surprises.
